Pickup was hard to understand as the store was blasting music very loud Checking in experience was not great from the website - phone storage was full so could not submit any photos without removing storage to take photos. However, taking photos of the truck didn’t have this restriction, yet taking photos of the gas mileage did have this restriction. Very annoying there. These inconveniences also made it such that my move took longer than expected and returning the vehicle only an hour later charged an extra $50 due to that for only an hour of time.

jeff kMy contract stated 12 moving blankets and 1 dolly. The truck only came with 7 blankets and no dolly. I told the location this, at drop off I got charged for the missing items. I hope to get refunded for the missing equipment charges I was charged.
Julie KIt's a gas station that offers 1-2 different truck sizes and only hand a handful of trucks on hand, minimal extra items. I would rather have gone to a larger outfit that offers multiple rentable or purchasable items. In a pinch it was easy.
