The truck we were given, was unable to allow us to put gas into it so we had to return it and pick up a second truck. The person put in the wrong drop off location and the location in Colorado was telling me I was going to have to pay $300 if I dropped it off at the wrong place although I told them exactly where I wanted to drop it off. When dealing with the person in Colorado Springs on the phone, they were quite rude about helping me out and when you’re dealing with traveling and moving, you should not have to be treated rudely when you have done everything correctly. I’ve never been more disappointed with U-Haul than this experience.

There was no dolly or pads .
SARAH RThe location was closed when i arrived, however when I called support the truck I reserved was staged and ready to go. Overall the process was efficient , and the support was courteous, and most importantly knowledgeable. Thumbs up!
WILLIAM AI'm not sure, some of the sites like the auto glass place are located within big lots with a lot of other stuff going on. Just a little difficult to know who to talk to or where to go, what's an entrance what's an exit. Not really U-haul's fault and not a big issue because I just asked a guy who was near and it all worked out.
