Recommendation: Allow customers to complete all required setup and verification steps within the app before arriving at the pickup location. Rationale: I attempted to complete the setup in advance, but the app restricted all actions until I was physically in the parking lot of the gas station. This limitation caused unnecessary delays — it took an additional 30 minutes to upload my driver’s license and enter user information while on-site, which was far from ideal. I already have a confirmed customer profile from prior rentals. Suggested Improvement: Enable users to upload their driver’s license, verify identity, and input all profile information ahead of time. Then, upon arrival, the app can use geolocation to confirm the user’s presence and prompt for final steps such as taking photos and retrieving the key.

For oneI was over charged twice the amount for 4 miles. Took to my apartment and found out it was to small for my load. So, returned it right back. Never used the dollies and I had requested 1 dozen moving blankets and only got 4. Could barely understand the clerk and he did not offer to help take out the dollies.
Kanisha MI was told at this location, that I could drop off the U-Haul at any U-Haul location... This ended up costing me $210, that I was either intentionally not told that I would have to pay if I dropped the U-Haul off at a different location, or the employee did not know that a $210 fee would apply. Either way, this is BS. Had I known I would have to pay $210 for not dropping the U-Haul back off at its pickup location, I would have made accommodations. Such shady practices.
