Improve communication skills !!!
les cMaybe suggest to the dealer, NOT to tighten down the hand fastener on the hitch, with his custom made wrench. Its impossible to untighten by hand after use. I had to borrow a wrench at the drop off dealership and they advised me it should never be strongly tightened down with a big lever wrench.

ALISON MThe reason I would not recommend Uhaul to a friend is because this was way too expensive...should have been half or less than half what I was charged for a trailer. Won't ever catch this sucker again!
