Manager was rude, impatient and did not want to answer my questions about prices, insurances, etc..
GARRY KIan, the Terrace U-haul rep was "'Spot On" for service . No issues what so ever with the van on our move to Vancouver island . The only surprise was the extra $75 charge at the Tsawwassen terminal due to the 20' cargo van "commercial" classification.I would use Kermodei Storage again if required. Keep up the great work Ian .. Norm
