I rented a 26 foot truck and two 6 x 12 trailers so when you send the surveys, I’m not really sure which equipment it for the trailers were fabulous. They were clean. They worked well we had no issues. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I know that particular truck that we rented the 26 foot truck I don’t know that I would recommend that particular vehicle however that’s not a recommendation regarding the establishment because the establishment was good. The personnel was great. The place was great. it was just that dang truck.

I know that particular truck that we rented the 26 foot truck I don’t know that I would recommend that particular vehicle however that’s not a recommendation regarding the establishment because the establishment was good. Kory TWe were rented a car trailer that wasn’t the correct size for our truck. We ended up having to get a bigger U-Haul for the trailer. We had to return the trailer and we got stuck with the bigger truck. We ended up spending a lot more money on fuel then we would’ve if we got the 10 foot truck like we had wanted in the first place. Not impressed.
Diana KI was super disappointed that the battery died in a heartbeat in the 26 foot truck that we rented we had to bring booster cables with us and make sure that we parked where a truck could get at the battery to boost. It was very inconvenient and not very safe for the amount of driving that we did and I wasn’t happy about that at all other than that the truck was not that clean. The inside of it was the windows were, but it was covered in bugs. The trailers were both clean and they were great. I have no issue with them, but I am super disappointed in the truck and I would have a hard time recommending that to somebody if that’s how it was going to be for them. The truck also needs some mechanical help. I think it was very rough and did a lot of grumbling. Maybe it’s because it’s an older one. The other disappointing thing was that I asked about Bluetooth and GPS display and I was told all the trucks had it and the truck that we rented had neither that was super frustrating for both that driver and myself trying to stay together and guide people through cities. I would definitely rent a trailer again in a heartbeat. I don’t know if I could ever rent a truck again cause that was not a great experience for me at all.
