About 3 miles further than location I chose but the one that was chosen for me . No help turning in truck. The only way to know what to do is I saw the drop box for keys.

Laura G.Pick up place not open when I was told by reservationist it was open til noon for pick up. Had to check in and drop off on line. Online site was difficult, tedious and time consuming. Spent 20 mins on phone 3 times w customer service. Check in took 2 people and 30 mins to figure out. Drop off took 45 min , 2 people, 2 phones and customer service. Dolly requested was not in truck and truck transmission was failing. Worst Uhaul experience and service ever. I should have been paid by UHaul for my time spent doing their jobs!
DENISE B.Honestly, the location felt second-rate and afterthought. I MUCH prefer the location on Wabash and originally contracted to pick up there... why it was changed I'm unaware. Though the contact-less delivery was standard I did have to make a rep phone call (garbled and spotty as their phone was) to clarify what needed doing on-site. Obviously it's a rented space from an existing business and, honestly, should be someplace a bit more appropriate and respectable. The area next to the railroad tracks is a bit sketchy. That being said once the wrinkles were ironed the automatic pickup process went well enough.
