The only complaint I had was regarding the 24/7 app. Would not let me pick up the truck. Had to go into the store. The employees were great!!!! Knew exactly what to do. If I were trying to pick up the truck after business hours, I would have been in a trouble due to time restraint. Thank you Vanessa at Cubby Hole for saving the day from the U-Haul app. The U-Haul 24/7 app does not meet the states services or the stated conveniences.
