We were charged for 2 days even though we had the truck less than 24 hours. They put in the wrong return date. I called uhual customer service which was no help. I spoke to the rental location he said he would have to refund the charge for 2 days and then bill for one day. At this point I still don't have a credit and I have 2 separate charges. I will never use uhaul again we move once every 2 to 3 years and have used a lot of different companies. Of all the problems I have encountered uhual has been the worst with the worst customer service. No one even apologized or admitted they made a mistake. I will stick with penske. Their customer service is excellent.

I was charged extra for Waiting on my movers that I hired from Uhaul to come unload me I had to pay extra and I'm very disappointed because it is companies that U haul recommended and I had to wait on them and I was charge extra for holding the Van and car dollie an extra 9 hrs.

Did not have all the equipment I had requested. Specifically, a furniture dolly or furniture pads. Truck was issued with 1/4 tank of gas so a stop before we even made it to the freeway was necessary. I was already disappointed we had to drive further than our requested location 1.5 hours later than requested because the facility didn't open until 9am, but for them to apologetically be missing requested items was unacceptable.

I had a horrible experience. I reserved my uhaul truck Saturday morning I go into the store an hr later to pickup truck and it’s not available so I had to go 25 min out of my way to get another truck that was available. That truck was filthy inside oil and sticky surface. I complained to the uhaul dealer and they said that there was nothing they could do on their side to compensate me. Smh

Chris Sharp was great. Sharp State Inspection is good. Chris did a good job trying to help me. . To complete the job, Chris had to call U-Haul corporate customer service. U-Haul Corp customer service sucks. I give them a complete ZERO. They don't know squat and wouldn't help Chris. I am NOT giving Sharp State a poor rating. I am giving U-Haul customer service the poorest rating possible.

The 1st location I tried to return the trailer was very rude and unprofessional. I have never been treated so badly. I was not assigned a drop off location, only told to return in Texas City. So I looked up the nearest location and it showed U-Haul Moving & Storage, 4701 Gulf Frwy, La Marque, TX 77568. The sales person there approached my vehicle as I entered the parking lot and said she could not except the trailer that she was full. I explained that I did't have time to go anywhere else. She said I needed to go to where my assigned drop off place was. I told her I was told to drop off anywhere in Texas City. She pretty much called me a liar and asked to see my paperwork? When she looked at it she said again that she was not accepting trailer. I told her that I would call the Uhaul #. She then brought me a piece of paper with two different locations and said I needed to go to one of them. I asked her to please wait that I was trying to get thru to Uhaul. She then thru the paper into my truck and said whatever and walked back into the business office. I left and went to the Texas City location that was listed on the paper she put in my truck, Sharp State Inspection 831 9th Ave N Texas City, TX 77590. Again when I arrived there he told me that I wasn't showing to drop off at that location. Thats when I finally go tthru to Uhaul on the phone and the operator assigned this location as my drop off. I was told I would be contacted by a representative for Uhaul to file my complaint on my experience at the first location.
