Actual location was fine but the reservation and scheduling part was a nightmare. Even after I had a reservation, had a confirmation call they still did not have the right vehicle available when I showed up for my reservation. Had to rent a one way which was over $100 more and I lost a day of work to come bring the rental back. This doesn’t include the other inconveniences.

The gas station cashiers at this location are not familiar with the app process. When picking up, the app says to skip the line and grab the keys. I waited for about 5 minutes before I politely interrupted and asked if I could have the keys (I was on a schedule), holding up my phone so she could see the equipment number and the U-Haul message, I was made to wait until she was ready to help me. Upon returning the vehicle, there was another cashier working, I had completed the app process and was told all I needed to do was turn in keys. I handed the cashier the keys and proceeded to leave and was told to wait because he needed mileage, etc. I had just handed him the keys! I told him that I had already submitted the mileage on the app with pics and left. I recommend more training for this location.
