The vehicle was not clean when I picked it up. The windshield was cracked, the cab smelled like cigarettes, the exterior of the cab was dirty, the windshield and mirrors were very dirty. The app that was provided to document these deficiencies did not work properly and the photos to illustrate the deficiencies s would not download. The vehicle not have the blankets or Dollie’s that were ordered and that I was charged for. The attendant at the pick up point was not helpful in resolving the issues but did direct me to a U-Haul store in Thatcher to get some blankets, but they weren’t sure it was open.

Maria LRentals should have been fully checked out and functional before renting. The tow dolly I was assigned didn’t have long enough pigtail, and one wheel strap was completely frayed
