Truck had Issues, Passenger Door ajar the entire timechime even though it was closed, The truck said it was full of fuel, it was less that 3/4, I left it at 3/4 and have the receipt for the fuel and was still charged for 22 gallons of fuel. I would never use this dealer or U haul again in the future

Nothing the service is perfect the way it is
Manuel CTold the person I made the reservation with that I was not gonna be back in Arizona to return the truck and that it was a one way rental. They followed through with the reservation as followed and now I’m negative on my account for this.
GARRETT ENothing to do with the location. It's the truck. The A/C didnt work great. The truck only had 11k miles on it but the A/C sucked. And please put in better stereo decks. It would be nice to be able to hook my phone up to it so I could listen to my music. Would have really helped on a 16 hour drive.
Brent HWe were an hour late dropping off our truck and they said they would charge us an additional $40 but they actually charged us $87 not what I was expecting, my friends said to never to drop off at that location again because they will find a reason to over charge you.
