The personnel were quite helpful and friendly! They really made this go smoothly. The location is conveniently located. Almost everything was ready. The problem, is that I had reserved a dozen furniture pads and a furniture dolly, which were not available at this site. This caused me to be involved in heavy lifting and delayed my move.

The truck was very dirty, and hadn’t been cleaned. It also smelled of cat urine very bad which made it unbearable to sit in with the windows up.
