It was just a drop off with key box location. No personnel or office was involved.

I drove one mile to my residence noticed a warning light for the oil and the battery and the gas needle was on E, I put over a quart of oil in the vehicle, had to drive to a store to fill a five gallon can and then start loading, The pick location was not what I had asked for, The vehicle was a 26 ft truck when I had requested a ten foot truck. I put a total of $160 of gasoline in this vehicle returned it with a quarter of a tank of gas, I am Not a happy or satisfied customer
