It was very easy to pick up and drop off the truck. I would definately rent this way again.
Carie HThe trucks were parked a little too close to each other. The gentleman working the facility was nice and helpful, but I had to communicate with another person over the phone and it was hard to hear him. Overall it was a good experience.

David KPicking up at a site that is not a U-Haul location poses some problems. We didn't have the equipment that we had requested and there was no one to get that from. Also, the pickup process was a lot more cumbersome than we thought and we were not prepared for that.
