He was sooo helpful, even though he was so busy with drive up customers. He took time to help me check in, work the app and make sure I had everything I needed. All with a smile on a hot busy day. I would always rent from this location.

Brent HI arrived less than an hour early to pick up the truck. The person was not there to rent the truck. Had to wait awhile for the person. Then had to fill out rental forms at the liquor counter while people were making purchases. The u-haul person was very friendly but the process was a little chaotic for someone who had never rented a u-haul truck before.
