There was less than 1/4 tank of gas. Something sticky on the floor on passenger side, windows were dirty and the window crank was brokens and came off when I rolled the window down. Also i was charged $68.50 when I picked it up and then another $71 when I dropped it off. I did not see the second charge till couple days later. Now I have to go back to have that corrected

TIMOTHY OHe was sooo helpful, even though he was so busy with drive up customers. He took time to help me check in, work the app and make sure I had everything I needed. All with a smile on a hot busy day. I would always rent from this location.
Pamela LNothing needs improved. Professional service from the beginning to the end. The person at this location even gave us free waters for our trip. He was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions.
