Communication regarding the rental was vague and did not ensure I understood the status of the vehicle. The gas gauge was nearly on empty but the contract showed a quarter tank. No good explanation about the difference and how full to return the truck. Required several follow up calls to get a proper explanation.
William FThis location is a very tough location from a parking standpoint and is not in what I would consider a safe part of town. It’s a convenience store with a uhaul truck in the backyard
Dylan HWe brought the truck back with 1/4 of gas in the green and we were still charged for gas and a fee but no one mentioned this while dropping off the truck especially since we had just put gas in it before we dropped it off
