I wasn't happy about not dealing with a real person. We were late getting started because we were delayed getting through the information in the app. Older people are not very tec savvy and it took forever to get through all the questions. If we were able to deal with a real person, we would not have wasted so much time. It took us an hour before we could even leave with our rental. Not very impressed!

Chris ZThe equipment needs to be in good working order order. The truck wouldn’t start on 2 occasions when we loaded and unloaded. Not sure if it is starting yet. Strangers and neighbours helped us out. The web site procedure was awful. The whole experience was almost a nightmare. I would not recommend this to anyone!
