Extremely disappointed with the drop-off process at the Land Of Spices location for Contract #85202035 (Truck DC 3277 F). The check-in agent falsely logged the return fuel at 1/8 tank instead of 1/4 and added an unjustified $50 cleaning fee after the cargo bay was swept clean. I have time-stamped photo proof of the dash at 127,713 miles clearly showing the needle at 1/4 tank, as well as my fuel receipt immediately prior to drop-off. I expect management to contact me and remove the $64.03 in erroneous charges immediately.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI wouldn't let young single males chose the fragrance for truck air fresheners/ deodorize .I t may help for maskng their BO but is a nauseating smell in a truck. Eg Brut/ Axe etc.
Larry WOpen earlier. I will never go back to an unmanned uhaul facility again. The truck only had 1/3 of a tank of gas. I lost 2 hours of rental time because I couldn't get the lock undone, and thus I feel I was over charged.
