How U-Haul Reviews WorkOverall the whole process was excellent. The location has retail specialty food sales as well so once attendant was done with a sale I was able to arrange pickup of a car dolly for later in the day. I picked up and the staff did up a contract explaining cost and my return requirements, helped me hook up and off I went. I did recieve uhaul email with info. I was told at location if I was keeping and extra day what to do and so it turned out I had to. On return I got a final uhaul email with invoice. Perfect. I would/will be renting for them again. Thanks to all involved. B.

Mark MI got charged for fuel even after i filled the tank.i have the pictures of fuel gauge when i picked up and drop off. Its exactly the same but i got charged $ 16.50 for fuel. Thats a total fraud. Very disappointing experience with u haul this time.
