This was the first time in my life I have had to rent a U-Haul or trailer and I will only use U-HAUL from now on. My son was in Canada on a fishing trip with friends in Ontario. They were there 2 days when the wild fires errupted and all were evacuated. Where they parked their vehicles was on fire and evacuated the day before. The outfitter could only fly them West and then bus then back to Thunder Bay. I had to drive over from Wisconsin to get all of them and their gear. I did not want to drive from Green Bay pulling a trailer so I was SO THANKFUL to find this location right in Thunder Bay. They walked me through everything while driving there and had me all set when I arrived. They put the trailer on my hitch and made sure everything was secure. I was able to meet and pick up our crew 10 minutes later. We loaded the trailer and headed back home!!! THANK YOU

Dwayne HVehicle was filthy dirty, spilled drink, food, dog hair, dust/sand and dirt all over the floor had to wash the whole interior. When I got home i also realized that the back right indicator was not working which is a major accident risk.
