Uhaul wasnt there when I arrived. I had to wait in their dirty and disgusting store. When it arrived the keys went from one customer to me. The truck wasn't cleaned or anything and now I have to deal with the burden of bed bugs thanks to their dirty ass truck. Would not recommend this location for anything. Awful experience.

Truck was dirty. Dirt on passenger door and in floor mats. Document from past renter still on dashboard. Drivers side wipers were broken. Customer rep tried to fix it and thought he was successful but when activated while driving the wiper broke immediately. Had to drive on the highway at night with no wipers in the rain.
Sounds oU-Haul rep that helped at this location lacked knowledge about payment, told me my card was not going to be charged and then it was charged.
Abbigail FThe guaranteed vehicle was not available. We agreed on a much later than original pick up for the requested van. When we arrived it was not available. Very disappointing.
