The issue is not with the location, but with uhauls business practices with limited one-way rentals and guarantees that are not guarantees. I’ve already told people never to rent a one-way U-Haul. Despite this, shout out to Kevin in the central Canada dispatch who at least gave us some options - he should train everyone else and they should do as he does.

ANSHUL JOverall the whole process was excellent. The location has retail specialty food sales as well so once attendant was done with a sale I was able to arrange pickup of a car dolly for later in the day. I picked up and the staff did up a contract explaining cost and my return requirements, helped me hook up and off I went. I did recieve uhaul email with info. I was told at location if I was keeping and extra day what to do and so it turned out I had to. On return I got a final uhaul email with invoice. Perfect. I would/will be renting for them again. Thanks to all involved. B.
