Well I ordered a 10 foot truck at 0900 on 30 March six weeks before I needed it and received an email stating that I'm going to get a 20 foot truck at 11:30 in the morning. I then called your office and complained about the timing and the vehicle they said I had no choice about the vehicle and they would call the person who had the vehicle prior to me to see if 11:30 was still a good time. they came back and said sorry they're running a day late now I have a 26 foot truck and that's the only truck available in thunder Bay and again that was at noon. so I spent probably $800 in gas driving the 16-hour trip I had when I really should have only spent about $300 or $400 in a 10-foot truck so the experience was not great. The first representative I talked to on the about the 20-foot truck was a very cocky arrogant representative who made it feel like it was my fault that I got a 20 foot not a 10 ft so he was a bad experience as well
