I reserved a U-Haul cargo trailer to pickup my upholstered furniture a week in advance for July 9th. On the 7th, I received a message that the trailer could be pickup on July 9th @ 11am at the 707 Memorial Street Thunder Bay location. At 10:47, I received a phone call that U-Haul could not honour the reserved order ($69.95 cost) because it was not available due to the customer did not return the trailer. My cost of the offer and final payment to my VISA was triple the cost of $19.95 for the U-Haul Truck. I will be following up with the U-Haul Truck and my Bank to stop payment. Worst service I ever experienced!

Staff seemed inexperienced as they did not apply pricing correctly and nearly charged twice the amount due. Could not explain what charges were for.
Haylie BUnit was covered in dust and dirt with trash located in the cab of the truck. The Tire Pressure sensor on the truck was out of order. Tire pressure on the truck was not at proper levels. I actually had to inflate the passenger rear tire from 22 PSI. The clerk looked as if he was sleeping when I arrived. Upon return, when I mentioned the dirty broken equipment, I was met with... That's not my issue, and admitted knowing about the problems. Also, a trip was mapped out to be at most 130km round trip, magically became 180km. leading me to believe that the odometer is not working properly
Gordon MHad booked for the Saturday @ 10:00 am but got a call just 2 days before the move stating no truck available until Sunday @ 1:00 pm We were told someone would call if available earlier. A friend called and said the truck was sitting in the lot earlier in the morning We didn’t receive a call regarding this and got a late start on our move by more than 24 hours (not reliable)
