Charged me for insurance when I did not want it very unorganized. Trailer had damage and right light didn't work. Never got any paperwork. Guy was to busy talking on his phone to really do anything. Still waiting on my $ 30.00 refund

I selected a location online that was close to the apartment I was moving items from. But the pickup location was not the same. It was a rundown shack several miles away. I passed a clean, well taken care of U-Haul place on the way to the "shack" and hoped it was where I was going. It was not and I was disappointed. The young man that was there was poorly dressed and didn't seem very familiar with the process. Also, the blankets I requested were not there.
