All interactions with droll off staff were poor. All 3 people I interacted with had bad attitudes. They keep on mentioning about the missing pieces and that the people in the Massachusetts pick up location did a poor job in providing service to me. Their conversations were very unprofessional and inappropriate.

Needs better customer service, especially by the woman....too loud and defensive. Staff needs better training. Some seem confused like they don't know what they're doing and sometimes mess reservations up. Admit the mistake instead of talking around it!!

Was charged $17 for being a hair under the gas mark I borrowed it at. Paper says 4.75 per gallon and there is no chance it was 4 gallons under. Very frustrating considering I just filled up using the recommended amounts and I came out a smidge under.

Again, awesome experience. Rep was at the truck before I got out. Inspection was quick and easy. I donated a little more gas than necessary to ensure there was enough. I may utilize the storage space for the month and possibly beyond. Rep clearly offered that and again, was extremely friendly and helpful. Overall UHaul experience was great for truck itself and better because of the quality of your people. Please seek them out and let them know how much I appreciated them!!

The originally reserved pick up location was in Campton, NH...about 40 miles north of where we were later informed the closest requested vehicle was located. As a result we had to pick up the vehicle a day early at an additional charge. We were however given an additional mileage credit to compensate for the additional distance to our usage point

Was very frustrating to have only one person at desk who had to keep answering the phone to reservations that day when I reserved on line over one month prior ... stood there for over 30 minutes as he was trying to help someone in person as well. When second staff member came back.... she took more calls rather than helping us!!!???????

The manager of the store was amazing and patient!! We had some issues with our cards and she worked with us and was absolutely amazing!! All of the employees were very helpful and courteous!! They were all awesome in our stressful crazy life. They were all just so calming and let us know that everything was going to be ok and we had nothing to worry about. There is absolutely nothing to improve on at this location! This location is the cleanest and we'll took care of location for it's size I had ever been in. The staff was very nice, respectful , helpful . The manager was the nicest ,most helpful,the most respectful lady I have ever had the pleasure/ honour of meeting. Romona went over and beyond her management position to help us in our already day 3 of our Uhaul disaster she got us the equipment that should be all uhaul stores standards. Romona was the only lady in the whole state of New Hampshire that I would take a 1400 trip again just to visit again. This lady is the reason I would ever think of using U-Haul again she made me see that not all of U-Haul employees are incompetent, uncaring , useless to Uhaul people.This lady needs to be your company spokes person and training video person cause if all your company employees were like her then your company would never have a complaint or issue you would put all the moving companys out of business!
