Location wasn't prepared for me to pick up the vehicle and didn't have the amount of moving blankets that I paid for. I believe that this is because my pick up location was moved from the one I selected to one 30 minutes away the day before my scheduled pick up date.

The lock was very difficult to open. But the truck was new and clean. And it’s nice to have a location that’s so convenient for those of us that live in this part of the state (very rural). Overall an excellent experience.
