jennifer M.I got charged twice two weeks after I returned uhual.
Gerald L.Attendand arrived 15 minures late to open the location (which was supoosed to open at 9AM - as was my pick up appoinyment) which was a nuisance. Additionally the attendand seemed to have difficulties with the software and couldnt get anything to work properly. I ended uo spendibg 90 minutes picking up my equipment which should've raken no longer than 20 minutes. Meanwhile my movers had arrived at my home at 10 AM and had to wait for me to let them into the house. Needles to say i had to pay the 2 man crew for an additional hour. I was not impressed. On top of that the interior of the truck was just filthy.
