Very friendly
Charles DRented from my local uhaul in town. I was contacted via phone later that week and told that despite already having rented the truck, there was no truck available, and I would have to pick up a smaller truck 20 miles away in the next town over. I was given a 10.00 dollar discount due to this inconvenience. This added 40 miles round trip to retrieve and return the truck from the next town over. Even with the 10.00 discount factored in, it still ended up costing me 30.00 + gas cost more than it should have to begin with.
