Worst U-Haul experience I've ever had and I've rented a bunch of them. Pick-up using your phone is extremely frustrating, kept crashing. Vehicle had check engine light on. Couldn't return it using phone. Never rent one there again. Go somewhere where they have a person to handle the transaction.
