The facility on Reynolds is fine. But my experience with Uhaul overall was horrible. I originally reserved the truck to be picked up at Reynolds a week in advance. The day before I got a call from the Alexis Rd location saying I was picking up there. Then he called me back a few minutes later and told me he was mistaken, that I was to pick up my truck on Council St. So far out of my way. I needed to drive the truck to Reynolds, which is why I wanted to pick up at that location. He said they were the only place that had a one way truck and if I wanted it, I had to go there. Fine. I got the confirmation text with the address to council st. So, at 8am I drove all the way over there, waited in line for 15 minutes, then found out, no, my reservation was indeed at the Reynolds location. I've never been so irritated in my life. But they have us 50 extra miles, so what? So we can go joyriding in a Uhaul? Awful experience all around.

I rented a van to move my daughter from her summer internship in Cincinnati back to college (OSU in Columbus). When I moved her down to Cincy in May, I also rented a van from this location. That van was a Ford Transit. The van I rented this week was a GM Savanna/Express. In my opinion, the Transit is a much nicer van than the GM vans you are using now. The Transit is slightly wider as I was easily able to fit a queen size mattress (horizontally) in the Transit, but had significantly more difficulty doing the same with the GM van. The Transit, as I recall, also had power door locks where the GM van did not. It was very inconvenient having to manually unlock and re-lock multiple doors on the GM van each time I moved a load. The Transit had better overall visibility as well. Thanks, Steve

We had to change our truck to trailer and a day later. I made reservations for a specific location that was in between my location and my destination which are an hour and a half apart. When I checked in online it changed my pick up location. I never would've known I had not caught it in another email. I then was told upon pick up that it had to be brought back to the same location. This location was an hour out of my way on top of the travel to move my items. This was a major inconvenience. I would've gone with a local company versus Uhaul. I appreciate the help in changes when it needed to be done. But it started with problems in our original truck reservations, and was just a major headache with one problem right after another. No trucks, no phone calls for pick up details, then price changes, then I was told they wouldn't charge my card and they did and had to refund the money on the cancelled reservation, then the issues with pick up and drop off.

On the paper said I had two days When I picked it on Friday and said that it had to be returned on Saturday that’s is not two days when I ask the guy at U-Haul all I was told I don’t know where I return was good but everything else was not happy with it

This was NOT our intended drop off location. We had a different drop off and went there and they said they “no longer take uhauls” yet we were scheduled to drop it off there. So he directed us to this location another 5 miles away. Dumbfounded and frustrated I called the uhaul number listed for this location and got a corporate number who was not helpful and made me call another scheduling number. Overall, we arrived at this location and called scheduling and told her of the invalid location all she said was she would call them. It was all horrible and the two location issues combined, I will not be using uhaul in the future and will be telling my friends of this experience. Uhaul corporate seems absolutely clueless and unorganized. On top of this, our truck was a bit dirty and I question whether it has been wiped down or even touched in the cab.

The trailer looked a little beat up and had a lot of squeaks and groans but made the trip just fine. Employees were responsive and helpful when picking up and dropping off equipment, both times I was in and out in a matter of minutes.

Renting location expected my wife to load a dolly in our small vehicle and drive it to another location to pick up truck. Would not add my driver's license to the contract, said I had to do it on line. Could not find where to add driver's license to the contract on line.

Slow service when checking in. I did mobile check in but it didn't give me the code to get the key and had to wait for 30 minutes.

I had a terrible experience with the UHaul customer support center. The lady with whom I spoke had not a clue about customer service and was quite combatitive with me. I’m happy to discuss. Let’s see if UHaul gives a crap and calls me to listen. Regardless, I will never use UHaul again and rest assured I will be a very vocal dissenter for your company.
