Firstly the staff was cool and helpful! I only had trouble with my storage unit itself! It was leaking inside and should not have been! The staff was very helpful whenever it came to trying to help me with this situation but in all my clothes were ruined along with lots of my children’s clothes, shoes, and toys along with a few other household items and jackets, coats, hoodies ruined. So get insurance and be safe than sorry.

I was surprised when I received 1 month free storage as I was moving my stuff. Overall, I received an outstanding service and I will recommend U-Haul to my friend and family.

dajah j. | First ImpressionsI was Over charged the manager had to fix it and still haven’t received the payment then when I moved out 9/30/21 I let them know I was moving out of the storage unit when I purchased the truck and on 10/3/21 received email about a payment. I called about the storage payment when I received email and the MANAGER same one who claimed to have returned my over payment for truck rental was RUDE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING AT ALL most of store team just unprofessional My move out date is NOT THE 3 I moved out September 30 return truck Friday

All my stuff were damaged, incurring huge loss to my family. I rent 3 U-Haul trucks, traveling thousands miles to move my belongings just to find out they were all damaged by awful rain water.
