The vehicle needed maintenance and repairs done to both box and mechanical issues
CAMERON JI had stopped at 2 other Uhaul locations prior to Mikes and was told nothing available. Raven at Mikes did a great job by searching the area for availability and when she would have a truck returned. She kept in communication with me and I was able to pick up a truck later in the day. The other locations weren't concerned about finding a solution to my problem. Raven was excellent.
MARVIN SThese people I wouldn’t recommend to ANYONE NOR SHOULD THEY RUN A U-HAUL BUSINESS. I tried to extend my uhual and they made it to where I couldn’t. They took it upon them selves to come and repo the U-Haul from my driveway with ALL OF MY BELONGINGS still in it. Tried to charge me with $52000 the U-Haul never left my sight. I’m not allowed to use it to bring my belongings to my storage nor is anyone allowed to go with me that works with U-Haul. I’m going to LOSE ALL MY STUFF I have worked so hard for because they thought I was going to steal it because I kept it a few days longer because I had ALOT of stuff going on.
