Showed up business was still closed after my appointment time, the truck was full of snow and no help removing the snow, the truck was dirty and the back gate was broken and hard to open and close, just not a great moving experience.

The guy that was working at this location seems like he didnt know what he was doing. I asked him was there anyone that can help him he said no he also overcharged me. I got charged for several things that I didn’t even know about. A safe move fee no one asked me if I wanted it. Any insurances or anything I got charged to save move fees, I got charged 2 rental fees, I got charged for a dolly that I paid for separately I ended up getting charged $149 for a $29.95 truck rental, and then the guy said he never charged me any of these fees that Uhaul did. He was the only one that had my card. I gave him my card. I actually reserved the reservation with a different card. I had a bad experience at this place I will never go there again. The guy needs help. They need to give him the proper training now I have to try to fight to get my feedback, which is not fair to me. Bad experience I will never go back to that location

RYAN RI was charged extra for the gas and gas was already filled up to the same quarter tank that I got the vehicle. Please refund the extra amount charged on my credit card
JAMAL SWhen I returned the truck to this location the guy there did not know anything about the return and had to be on the phone with someone else that was supposed to be there but wasn’t. Additionally I returned the truck with the required amount of fuel and they said I did not and charged me for more fuel and a surcharge for $70. Additionally I had returned the truck at 10:15 and they didn’t log it being returned until 3:30pm which the then charged me an additional $55. I have called and opened a case with their corporate office additionally they said it could be 3 days to hear From someone and the if I don’t I have to call another person. This return location was a trashy gas station and after this experience I know 100% I will not be back there and renting from U-Haul might not be an option later if they don’t handle this correctly.
