Location gave exact miles to drop off location. Essentially had me paying to transfer the truck to another location for them. Previously I have had a great experience with other U-Haul providers add between 3-5 miles in leeway mileage so that you can actually go to your house, load the truck and then drive to new home, unload and then drive to drop off location. I drove from pick up location to storage unit, which was on the same road, then to my new home 1 mile from freeway. Essentially 2 miles from route and still ended up owing for 4 additional miles. No other stops where made except to fuel up truck back to full which was on the route to drop it off. Always ask about discretionary miles on pick up!
