Your app and website for returning a truck is absolute garbage. I tried for over an hour. Contacted support twice and the chat dropped and the app closed on me both times. My info never uploaded. Finally half way through the process a 4th time it magically kicked me right into the payment part of the check out. I better not get charged for a late check out. We are moving across country in a few months. Unfortunately Uhaul will not be used because I don't trust your online systems. By the way, this all happened with full bars in 5g.
