Fire Garrett or move him to a position that doesn't deal with customers or staff. He is condescending not only to his staff but also to his employees. I may start using another location because of him. I have heard other people say the same thing about their experiences with that location as well. The rest of the staff was great!

Staff friendliness is horrible. The night staff needs to quit smoking weed on the clock! It was so strong on the guy I about got sick! One employee told me the other would "take care of me" spoke to her about the location discrepancy and she got snotty. I will not use uhaul again

I will never rent from you again. I advertise 20 bucks a day plus fees, but after 2 days of use, I paid $200 bucks. This is false advertisement and I am taking this to the media to protect others from being ripped off. You people are nothing but thieves! I am going to see if Penski will help me. Had a terrible experience with the Mover the U haul website recommended, They were a no show and wouldn't even answer the phone or return numerous messages I left for them. I ended up paying more than twice what that would have cost me to move.

On the website where I booked my van. it showed me the Ford van and the dimensions of that van. The U-Haul I choose, because they have the best customer service in the state, did not have one of those vans to offer. The van I was given was the Chevy. it down's have the same amount of floor to ceiling space as the Ford. I needed that space. Had to make more trips due to this. Please show what you can offer.

This was an older trailer and I didn't like it. The door latch was rusty and stiff. The tie down rails had been replaced and would not receive any of our bungees or ratchet straps. We could not secure our load. The last time we rented a 5x8 U-Haul trailer, it was great. It was newer and had "usable" tie rails.

Make sure your uhaul workers in Topeka Ks. Know what they are sou g to hook a car up on a tow bar. When I got to Mo. They saidi could caused a bad wreck or i could been in a bad wreck and got hurt real bad.

Was disappointed that the stated open time was 7:00 am, arrived at 7:05 am and found store was locked and lights were off. Colton a team member let me know that he was waiting for the manager to call and give him alarm codes to get in. Manager finally arrived around 7:20 am. Otherwise the truck I used was in great condition and Colton was outstanding in getting the paper work handled in a timely manner.

Your automated system to pickup my truck prior to opening did not have me in the system. I called the name Garrett received on my iPhone. He came down and was able to get a truck going. He did give me a discount.
