scott p | First ImpressionsYou can tell this facility is run very well. I had my stuff in a unit for 2 years. When packing it, we had a medical emergency and had to leave with my door still open. Management closed it for me and left my keys in the office for me to pick up the next time I was in town. When unpacking my unit last week, there were absolutely no signs of bugs or any strange odors you can typically expect with self-storage. Management worked with me when my movers didn’t show up to get a one-way truck booked. No hidden fees, no unnecessary drama. Was even able to bring a trailer to my destination for them for extra compensation. Overall a great experience. The General Manager was super helpful and you can tell he cares about the quality of service they provide. 10000/10.

Yes, we're missing several items but we have no proof except for circumstantial.

VERONICA B | First ImpressionsStaff told me the unit would fit for a two bedroom and it didn't. They kept trying to sell me the most expensive dollies and rental trucks. When I returned one of the trucks I rented staff tried to charge me like $40 for driving 23 miles. The manager happened to be there for this incident and kept me from paying more than I should have while in the process of him scolding another employee about charging a customer $200 incidentals without communicating with the customer to find out what happened to certain equipment in another truck. I had my unit for less than 3 days as to needing space for a 1-2bedroom unit and got a closet size unit. A waist of $108.
TONI B | Overall ExperienceThe crew at the Uhaul on Topeka Blvd really helped us out. We had driven from California to Kansas doing a rideshare load of two Uboxes on top of our moving truck. They really helped out with everything we needed, even getting us pictures to complete the rideshare through corporate.

But overall my stuff was still in good condition for as long as it was in there. And I probably would of stayed if the price didn't increase so much.
