But other then that everything else was beyond good. The people are extremely friendly and helpful. I called a few times and spoke to a lady I think she her name was Martha and she was so helpful.
cheri j | Overall ExperienceI had a storage unit at this U-Haul location for three years with no complaints. However, my move-out experience was beyond poor: the management was rude in person, then unresponsive, and next to impossible to reach by phone when needed. Despite moving out and speaking to an employee in person, they would not mark my account as inactive. I understand things take time, but after six days I truly believe that had I not called numerous times, my account would still be active and they would still be trying to charge me. I cannot stress this enough—this local office will not answer their phone. Or respond to email. Or even reply to customer service representatives reaching out on the customer's behalf from the main U-Haul customer service line. It took me calling a ridiculous number of times back-to-back before management rudely answered the phone and agreed to call me back. I am not one to leave reviews. I understand people have bad days. This experience was not that. This location is incredibly poorly managed and shows no care for its customers. I would not recommend this location.
