Very bad U-haul condition. And when I talked with stote in-charge, he said he had put a note for that but he didn't even mention the issue in billing.
JENISH VEverything was perfect, but I was charged $10 as gas money, and I only drove the cargo van for 12 kilometres! How can you charge someone $10 for that? You guys are robbing customers.
