The vehicle wasn't ready and front desk was empty when I arrived for the time of my scheduled pick-up, but there was a number to call and the person who answered explained the problem and let me know when the vehicle would arrive. The delay was about 10-20 minutes total. Things went smoothly after that though. Return, especially was a breeze and was primarily taken care of for me by the agent.

Customer Service Rep. was friendly and attentive. Vehicle was fairly clean but needed to sweep after receiving due to what looked like dog food and dirt on back and pet fur on the cab, Fairly minor imo.
TJ STold me everything was fine when I dropped off the utility trailer. Then I got an email invoice and they had added a $15. Cleaning fee from the drop-off location. The trailer was cleaner when I dropped it off than when I picked it up. Because of this treatment, I will not rent from uhaul again nor will I recommend this business to anyone. Beware and take pics before and after.
