Make sure you have the truck they pay for, dont give them a truck thats half the size, and is damaged. The back door latch was fucked and welded on a million times so it broke and almost destroyed all of my belongings. Which you wouldn't have paid for.

Clerk was in experienced with rental process, had to call someone for support. It took over a half hour to pick up the truck,
jesse RLocation was good, however Uhaul was smelling like cow dung or some animal has transported into it, cant say but the smell was awful. just wanted in emergency so had no other option, otherwise would have returned it then and there
