the only comment would be that the first location we stop at indicated they did would not accept the trailer. We were instructed to deliver it a couple of minutes further down the road.

The wait was very long, one hour for a truck I already had reserved. You guys should consider having an automated check in system to get customers out the door, whether via, app or electronic stand within the location.

The online booking is TERRIBLE!!! After trying many many ways to get things to work (it kept freezing on the upload your photo page) I had to download the Chrome browser. Finally I made it through the uploads and when I went to retrieve my key from the lock box it was empty. I only booked online as it said there would be no employees in at 8am on Saturday morning - that was a lie, there was one person working the counter and one cleaning the vehicles. While searching for the lock box I approached the employee that had been cleaning the vehicles (there was a 5+ person lineup inside) and asked for help locating it. He brushed me off and went off doing other things. Once I saw there was nothing in the lock box I was quite annoyed. I went inside past the lineup of people to the employee at the front and showed them the empty box. She was JUST about to hand over the keys to the vehicle I had booked. I had been at the U-haul location for 45 minutes at that point trying to get the online service to work while waiting in line to get to the only employee at the counter. She then asked for proof that that was the vehicle I booked... I was holding the box the key gets locked in AND the other employee that had brushed me off walked over and said 'oh ya we just grabbed that from the lock box', what more proof would you like? She finally gave me the keys. The vehicle itself was clean and fine and the rest of the rental went well until I went to return it. I got through the online process and was about to put the keys in the return slot when the employee that was cleaning the vehicles (same one as the morning) called to me and asked me to hand the keys over. But he didn't stop there he proceeded to ask me why I wasn't smiling and why I did look happy, and told me I should do both. This was very inappropriate and I will not be booking online again or returning to this location. Everything would have been fine if it wasn't for the TERRIBLE quality of the online rental. Don't release the service unless it works through your app!!

Over all things were good. The staff that helped me at the counter were fantastic, some other staff extremely rude and lacked common sense and were demanding rather then asking.

This location was fine, but I was redirected here only after my pickup failed two nights in a row from another location, and had to add about 20 kilometers to my trip in mileage and gas in addition to finishing my move a day and a half late, after I stood in a cold parking lot at night in a sketchy area trying to sort out these problems on the phone. Trying to get through to UHaul people on the phone after hours is a painful experience and all of the staff are quick to become defensive (i.e. when I said my postal code wrong, an associate snapped at me for not speaking clearly the first time and that it's not her fault the results came up in a different location... among many other problems.) My experience with UHaul this week is enough for me to never book with them again, I will be going to Home Depot or other companies in the future. Complete disgrace.

We were sent to this location after the location we had a reservation for was CLOSED! This was extremely inconvenient for me and the people who were helping me move. This location also had no parking. The online return process was complicated. We wound up with gas charges even though we put in gas to the same level we got it at. I commented on that and have not heard back. A terrible experience overall!

There were no space to leave returned vehicles and very little signage to let us know where we could park or drop off the keys. I returned my uhaul truck with move had then was needed but was still charged a fuel fee.

Express Online check-in seems to be meaningless as I had to go through the same documentation checks with the agent. Not the same as airline on-line check in!

Wanted to extend this for 2 hrs..due to last minute change in lease apt..but unfortunately could not. So request 2 to 3 hrs gap between each booking. Custimer care calls are almost wait time of 30 mins so please help to reduce them.

Maybe it was the time of day, but check in was very quick. When I brought the vehicle back they took the key and told me that I could go and they sent me my final invoice by email. Very quick and efficient.
