The only problem I had was on return it was saying I had to pay for extra gas - drove 5 km and added $5.22 of gas at the station, so it wasn’t possible - had to manually bump up the fuel reading by one”+” so it didn’t charge for extra gas - not sure if there was an issue of the picture taken before I got the truck re the gas level, maybe the gauge was fractionally inaccurate

Felisa B | First ImpressionsOverall, I had a positive experience, and both moving in and moving out were made much smoother by using your storage facilities. For my move, I rented a 10'x10' unit and added a lock to my reservation. However, when I arrived on the first day, the lock was not inside the unit as expected. Since I arrived at the U-Haul facility around 9:30 PM, the front desk was already closed. As a result, I had to drive back home to pick up a temporary lock and return the next day to request the U-Haul lock from the front desk. I would like to suggest leaving the reserved locks inside the units starting from the first day. Since the units already have a green security seal attached to them, it would be very convenient for customers arriving after business hours to find their locks waiting for them inside. Additionally, it would be a great improvement if the facility offered extended access hours, perhaps up to midnight, to better accommodate those moving late in the evening.
