my code was disabled for no reason 24h after activation. staff could not help me properly
Positives: The storage unit met its purpose for us, the staff was friendly anytime time we interacted with them. Negatives: The access hours are inconvenient, you can’t always predict how long a move will take. I’ve written about this before to U-Haul and did not get any response. When we moved into the unit I had booked online previous but was made to go through the entire process again. I am not sure how it was possible but it too 40+ minutes, not including the time I waited in line. This cost us an extra 200+ dollars from our movers because we had to book them longer.
Reserved & paid for a storage unit so that we would not have to wait in line, (Self check-In) however when we got to the location we were told we had to wait in line. Asked another person & they said no need to wait in line, but the procedure to enter your pass code & get on with the move is not as described in the instructions (e-mail). Very confusing & the staff didn't seem too interested in really helping.
I was getting harrased by the manager none stop. I will not recemond uhaul to anyone . I will actually tell them to stay away from. You guys. Horrible experience.

Sign in clerk was surly, but others were very friendly. Had to call 4 times to close out unit, but still got charged. Requested confirmation of unit being closed multiple times but received none. Sign-in keypads never worked.

I am frustrated with my experience here. The staff that set us up was lovely and friendly, however so slow! I made an online reservation so I am not sure why it took an hour to set me up with my storage unit. Because the staff took so long, we lost valuable time with our movers, and ended up having to pay an extra !!460.00!! For the added hours!!
