I followed the app instructions and returned the truck to Sukhi Auto Repair. The parking lot was crammed and difficult to enter and navigate but I managed to find the one available spot to park the truck. The app said to leave the keys in the drop box. There was a sign on the wall pointing to a drop box the wasn't on the wall. I went inside and asked where the key drop box was. I was told that I couldn't leave the truck there as there was no parking available. I told him that I had already parked the truck in a spot that was just vacated by another U-Haul truck and that there were over 10 U-Haul trucks in the parking lot. He said that they weren't allowing any more trucks and that I had to take to the Pape depot location. As it was 9:40 and the truck was due back at 10:00 a.m., I was concerned about the time. It took me 5 minutes to navigate my way through the narrow parking lot and turn the truck around. The location is horrible and difficult to navigate. I arrived at the new location and parked the truck. When I went inside, it looked like an abandoned warehouse. The pickup location was pristine and professional. The drop-off location looked like a crack house. Pick-up location experience was excellent. Dropping off the van experience was a nightmare.

The van was in great condition but it was pretty dirty inside when I took it - dried mud all over the floors - just a general griminess overall. Back bed could have been swept out. Not major but someone could rent this an and then get charged for cleaning someone else’s mess.

Meisel BVehicle wasn’t road safe, yard a mess, inside customer area was a mess. Rundown, cluttered m, dirty garage with a desk. Go operational audit this place.
Ian MI am EXTREMELY unhappy AGAIN with my U-Haul experience. And this is coming from someone who rents from U-Haul regularly. For the second time, I froze my A$$ off standing in a parking lot in partial rain for 2 FULL HOURS trying to use your after hours service. Half of that time was with one of your representatives who needed a full hour to sort it out. This the second time out of 2 that this has happened. After a half hour on hold, my call got dropped. To get a code to the unlock the lock box, I was to be texted a password. NEVER got a text, over and over again. I could have one emailed to me but if I go to my email, I got dropped from the U-Haul form. I wanted to use the call back service. It didn't work. I had 2 workers waiting across town to help load this truck. I had to send them home and pay them, then have them come back the next morning. So, I lost money, I lost time. When I did get in, the washer fluid was bone dry and the back door was missing a wheel making it really hard to close. I almost had to drive with it open. I need a truck for the next 5 days. Any recommendations where I could get reliable service? And to top in off, as I write this below it says "If you need a response from us, please use our contact form". To keep this less public I thought, OK. I'll do that. Wouldn't you know it, when I clicked it, NO CONTACT FORM. So I guess this has to be public.
