Zi HI had to wait an hour before I got the truck. There was less than 1/4 tank gas. When I talked to customer service they were indifferent.

Khalil AAt approximately 1400 I arrived location cause I reserved the elevator at 1500 and wanted to be there sooner to do the necessary things ( reserved a dolly and 15 “ truck at 1430)I reserved a location of U-Haul at finch which was near to my move out location but U-Haul changed it to this location only because the new location has 15 inch truck and I accepted although it was very far from me . But surprisely when arrived the location for 15 “truck I was told that there is no 15 “ truck and I waited till 1510 to come that wanted truck but did int and cause I was loosing my elevator scheduling . I told give me 10 “ one and they gave me 10 “ after 45 min my time passed and a dirty one. And I called the head office but no answer. I reserved also a dolly and they told we do not have dolly as well . And I did my movement stressful and with difficulties without my wanted reservation staff. And at the end I fill the gas even 15 $ more cause I wanted to fill the gas almost the first situation and when I arrived to give it back , They told we can not give you the amount of gas back . I am really disappointed by the service of U-Haul and I expect the compensation . Thank you for your understanding Regards. Kia
