The drop off was really easy. But our experience was not positive. When we picked up the truck, the battery was completely dead and we missed 2 hours of our original booking because we had to wait for roadside assistance. I tried calling the customer service number, the phone would ring and then hang up so I couldn’t reach an agent for help. When we asked to possibly get this time added, they said no because the same truck was booked after. Upon returning the truck, we were running out of time and I tried calling the line to ask for some extra time, but was put on hold and didn’t reach an agent. I tried calling the location but their number was either disconnected or busy. I tried pressing “contact general manager” on the app when attempting to extend the time but the button wasn’t working. Overall, the only way to get help was through the chat box which did provide good service. We did not get any compensation for missing 2HRs because of the dead battery, no compassion when wanting to get a little bit of an extension, and the dolly we needed wasn’t even on the truck. The lot at the location is also not shovelled and maintained, so upon returning the truck, it also got stuck in the snow. Horrible experience here. Would not recommend to loved ones.

Location had several issues ranging from system issues, delayed over an hour only to learn that the truck rental was on their lot the entire time. Reserved moving blankets, location didn’t have any. Office was freezing.
Cort DThe U-Haul Van was not cleaned on the drivers interior. Seats and dashboard were dirty and the cup holders had a build up of gross residue inside. The interior storage area had garbage, and gloves inside. There wash no window wash fluid from start of rental. I returned the Van with an additional $30 worth of fuel which was not Credited against the rental.
PETER BCancelled first reservation due to the guy not showing up to the shift, changed it to online pickup the car for online pick up was blocked by other trucks, needed to cancel that in -24 c weather, get a second uber drive to this location and get the truck
IMAN RI fueled truck $15 for 25 km they still charge $10 fuel charge
