They changed my pickup and drop-off location unexpectedly, and when I went to drop off the truck told me it would be 4x the total amount if I dropped it off at the wrong location, even though I specifically picked the one I wanted. As well, the truck was blocked in when we got there and we had to be assigned a new one, and despite reserving a dolly online in advance, the worker said that 10 minutes before we got there, someone rented all the dollies they had. Why not keep one aside for someone who literally already paid you for one? Additionally, the entire lot was absolutely covered in slick ice, no salt in sight, we nearly slipped several times just trying to get into the vehicle. Overall, horrible experience, and I will not be using uhaul again

I went there expecting a service counter. Found the trucks in the lot. The place was closed. No answer to knocks or phone calls. Went to look for a "Shawarma Palace" as mentioned. I spent some half hour bothering restaurants and asking. Nobody knew what I was talking about. Call main customer service to find it's a "mobile pickup". After being interrogated by the app on my phone for half an hour in the middle of winter while my fingers were frozen, I finally got my truck, about an hour late. The problem isn't the mobile pickup, if you're into this. My problem is that I feel I wasn't properly prepared for this. And it was a jarring experience for me when I expected a service counter.
GEORGE GNo Rear Right Signal , they sent someone to fix but he doesn’t have the parts to replace it i wasted 1 hr of this day risking it because i already loaded my things and lately figured something is wrong with right turn signal, trucks vans etc should be inspected before dispatch to customer to avoid hassles like this. Im not coming back to this location anymore.
