I have rented 3 trucks in the last 6 weeks or so. Only once did I pick it up from the location I intended in Helena, MT. On the second truck, I was redirected to Whitehall, MT, 60 miles from Helena. I didn't have a ride to Whitehall. I am moving. My vehicles are in Billings. On the third rental, my pick-up location was changed to Townsend, MT, which is 35 miles from where I am moving. That was also an incredible inconvenience. Today I made another reservation and the gentleman, who was courteous as the day is long, said that he couldn't guarantee a truck would be available but took my reservation. I changed a flight from AZ to move something I didn't think I would have to, which cost $300 and I might not have a truck in Helena???? That's crazy. How does someone effectively plan???

SANDRA SThe truck threw a check engine light and began to run poorly about 30 miles away from pick up. Unfortunately, continued to run poorly for the next 550 miles. It clearly had a fuel/oxygen issue. Idle poor to not at all. Low power unless over 2000 RPM, very poor fuel economy. The fact that the truck was loaded and i was on a time line prevented an attempt to return. All in all a shitty experience which cost $900. I will look for another company next time rental needs arise.
