The location staff were very untrustworthy. I originally reserved for one way from the location to my local uhaul. However after driving almost 2 hours to pick up staff made changes to my reservation switching it from one way to local (huge price difference $182 quoted to well over $400 with returning to location as he requested. Location manager acted as if he owned the truck and refused my one way rental. Resulting in me contacting Uhaul directly, the rep re-reserved the truck for me one way and thankfully stayed on the phone to witness the foolishness. We ended up utilizing the mobile process to finish reservation and pay as staff at location were only good for handing out keys. After an additional 2 hour delay I finally was leaving with my truck well behind schedule. BEWARE OF FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY AT THIS LOCATION BY CASHIERS AND THE SO CALLED ON SITE UHAUL MANAGER. Thankfully I was a longtime customer of uhaul and knew proper procedures otherwise this guy would’ve fraudulently had me spend several hundred dollars unnecessarily as well as an additional 2 hour drive to return equipment. Unfortunately I lost in total 4 hours behind this mess of a location and spent $10 more on my rental for having to reserve it a second time later in the day. Do better do random audits on third party locations to prevent future frustrations to customers this place clearly doesn’t have Uhauls best interests at heart. Customer service was trash, being laughed at my staff, lack of respect and the reaction to my frustration was pathetic.
Tom DThere is an obvious disconnect between the 1-800 U-Haul customer service and this location. There is no on-site parking for customers to park their car. I asked the customer service representative multiple times to confirm on site parking. She guaranteed that there is. There is not. Additionally, regardless of whether a customer chooses the self pickup option, this location does not adhere to that. You must go in to pickup.
JEFFREY DTruck was barely functioning. Difficult to understand operator because of poor English.
Christi GI was charged for a gas fee and I put the gas back to half. I have a picture of before and after.
