The equipment was fine but the personnel at the location (6819 Loch Raven Blvd) were difficult to deal with and I NEVER got a receipt... physical or emailed! This was disconcerting because I rented a vehicle with a mileage charge associated with it. How am I supposed to know how much I'm being charged unless your staff calculates all of the charges and gives me a receipt?? ...and what's to prevent them from overcharging me without one...

JON CIt’s not bad, it’s just shabby and uninviting. There is no indication of where to enter the building and having to leave the property, drive around the block in order to park the vehicle is inconvenient. The personnel were helpful.
DANA MThere is nothing to improve. The manager and staff were very nice and gracious. You don’t find that often these days. If I need a U-Haul again that location is my first choice.
