I chose this place to pick up my U-Haul van because it was 24 hour. But I went through 3 vans before one was safe to drive. The first van gave me a warning that the tire pressure monitor was not working. The 2nd van's front passenger tire pressure was low. The 3rd van finally was good to go, but dirty, which was fine, as I didn't expect it to be clean with the snow, ice and salt from the weather the past few days. We drove it and returned it the same day. The final receipt showed a "Lost Key Fee" for $100, which I am disputing, as my husband turned the key in to the person behind the counter. I had to call U-Haul customer service to help me. I would have given this a better rating, if not for that fee.

Van smelled like someone smoked 30 cartons of newports. The tire sensor failure warning was on in the van.
