Had to park vehicle in adjacent lot, did not receive receipt until hours later.
JON CIt’s not bad, it’s just shabby and uninviting. There is no indication of where to enter the building and having to leave the property, drive around the block in order to park the vehicle is inconvenient. The personnel were helpful.
DANA MThere is nothing to improve. The manager and staff were very nice and gracious. You don’t find that often these days. If I need a U-Haul again that location is my first choice.
NATALIE Pthe equipment was very clean and the location is extremely convenient. The truck could use some work on the steering, it seemed loose. One other comment, when I arrived for my scheduled pickup the person working at the gas station was not familiar with how to complete the rental process and was trying to tell me to com back later, but called someone to walk him through the process and I was on my way
