The location store hrs is 8am-3pm on Saturdays. Booked a truck for 8am, did the online check in on the way and got there around 7:56am. The store was locked, no ones there, no ones answering their phone. Waited almost 30mins for someone to get there and another 5 to get the truck. Meanwhile my movers are in my old apartment waiting, getting paid by the hour not doing anything. It was such a disappointing transaction. Will never rent there again and will make sure to tell my family and friends abt our experience.
