Took a very long time to process my order due to next to no internet connection on the side of the retailer. Couldn't print my receipt as they couldn't connect to their own printer. A very basic and quick safety overview was delivered, told to read the poster on the inside of the trailer. Otherwise, it was fine. It was average in every sense. I got out eventually with my trailer.

Truck had empty cooler cans in the cab
Chris SIt was close to home for easy drop off.
Erica MVehicle had not been swept out in the back from previous user. No one was present at pick up and had to wait a few minutes for attendant who came to the window but didn't even turn the light on to assist. Others in the building greeted and were pleasant. The pickup location appears to be a shared space.
