MARK FI just did simple off-hour drop off and all went smoothly, no complaints.
Richard TIt was awful. You switched the truck on us without any notice, putting us hours behind schedule. Then we got charged with additional mileage because we had to make 2 trips since it took so long for you to actually get us the keys once we went to the new place. It started raining and we lost part of our moving crew since it took too long. I will never use U-Hail again.
