Location was an old used car lot that has not been updated. Main contact was not there so I just dropped off the vehicle. They do have an outside lock box but also had someone in the "office"

Be staffed to checkout and return vehicle. App did NOT work and was charged addition day after staff returned at 11 am the following day when truck was returned the previous evening.
